• Good cartoon today, reminds me of the old joke “Three engineers were having an argument…”

The first says: “God must be a mechanical engineer — just look at the joints in the human body.”
The second says: “God is an electrical engineer — just look at the nervous system.”
The third says: “God has to be a civil engineer — who else would run a waste disposal pipeline through a perfectly good recreational area?”

Of course, none of the engineers were atheists!

The third could be presented as an atheist by changing the first part of his argument to “If God were real, he would most certainly be a civil engineer…”. The rest already fits.

      Thanks, Mike!

To be fair most of the related issues would be avoided if controlling the tongue were a optional feature for the Medulla oblongata and it would not start vomitting while the rest of the body is unconscious.
This is likely something we can fix in the distant future by fixing DNA or real intelligent design.
